I was getting 0D error on my MB. During troubleshooting both MB and processor got damaged so now MB is repaired from OEM and got a brand new processor but still i'm getting same 0D error while starting CPU.
I researched a little bit and it seems hardware is not getting initialized. Since both processor and MB are verified by OEM as working, I think it is PSU(Cooler Master bronze v2 650W) which is faulty.
Also tried to boot system without RAM/CMOS but no luck
Anybody have any other suggestions or troubleshooting to try
