I want to create a referral system up to 10 level. for that purpose I need first to retrieve the data from the table mentioned table

I need loop for this table to retrieve total number of referrals of each parent/ upline. if the table needs to be corrected then also please suggest.

i tried to retrieve all the referrals of uplines but failed to do so
