Please help to solve this error, I recently started my coding journey, and I have no idea about it, please elaborate in detail on the stepwise to resolve the issue

I installed git, minGW, and vscode and was trying to install the vcpkg library, including the header file.

MinGW is a second-class citizen for vcpkg, and while you can make it work, I'd recommend [msys2](https://stackoverflow.com/q/30069830/2752075), which has mingw as its primary focus. – HolyBlackCat Aug 11 '23 at 18:43
