whenever I am trying to update settings that is want to change the setting to always run programme in terminal but it shows

Unable to write into user settings. Please open the user settings to correct errors/warnings in it and try again.

as code is running in terminal but in traditional way using javac and g++

  • that's not JSON, that's a "Hello world" program source code in C. (actually hello "woerdjd"). Is it possible you previously overwitten the file somehow? – GrafiCode Aug 11 '23 at 19:48
  • this is so wrong :|. just delete everything you've written in your settings.json. it's not even JSON. – starball Aug 11 '23 at 20:39
