index.php not working on my laravel app with .httaccess I provide both code bellow

This codes not working and I get this error bellow.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use

I do it for remove public from laravel app url, now it's when I reload link with url('/dashboard') it's redirect with public like domain.com/public/dashboard.
