what is the best/easiest way to extract/store the ref= numvalue in the above url string so that it can later be used in a json form.
the ?ref=numvalue is being passed from a 3rd party site
the ?ref=numvalue throughout site navigation/session until the registration form is submitted
the form field label_id is "sourceid" - this where the ref=numvalue needs to be embedded
the site currently is coded in html5 no php scripting has been added to the current website version php version on webserver is 8.1
looking for guidance on this problem. no code has been generated.
