How can i merge data grid in flex,columns or rows?

Are there some components like excel that can merge grids except 'Grid' component. Not only the header of table but also the body of all the grid has the ability of columns merging and rows merging.I have tried to work with MecGrid and NecGrid , but they do not perform well.
