How can i work with twitter app with its redirect url pointing to localhost?I need to point it to http://localhost2219/default.aspx to register my users and fetch their information?

I'm not familiar with twitter's API at all, but I'd guess that if you expect them to connect to your application (as is usually the case with callbacks) you're computer will need to be accessible from the internet (through port forwarding and such). – M.Babcock Mar 06 '12 at 13:26
