A query language dialect used by version 3.0 of Microsoft's Indexing Service.

Dialect 2 is a version of the query language supported by Microsoft's Indexing Service. This dialect was introduced in version 3.0 of that tool.

Note that the Indexing Service has been unsupported since the introduction of Windows XP, and is not included with Windows 8 and later.
