I do majority of my analysis and algorithmic trading with the help of AFL (Amibroker Formula Language), C#, and Excel (VBA). I heard/read about capabilities of Python / Pandas / MatPlotLib / BeautifulSoup and I could see the potential for these to assist me. Presently I'm learning Python and the libraries.
