One of my colleagues once remarked that my job is to do “stuff”.

My stuff mostly consists of project management, information architecture, VMWare, Linux and Macintosh system administration, and web software development (mostly Ruby on Rails).

I am a developer and a system administrator and a generalist and been around just long enough to learn that just because you can doesn't mean you do, and just because you can't doesn't mean you don't, and that the best knowledge I can have is to know what I don't know.
