It has been 8 years since I begin as a trainee to became a Senior Software Engineer holding also the Team Leadership role to guarantee quality over the team deliverables, support them with technical questions and also help them to grow in their own carrear. In all these years I gathered good experiences to manage legacy systems, with high risk changes and to build new systems for a great amount of process and users.

Achievements: - As a team leader, I took the ownership of SmartData Mastercard system maintenance. - As a developer I was responsible to deliver high quality software for Mastercard and now GFT. - All these years have helped me improve a lot my communication skills. - I have learnt and worked with Agile methodologies. - Both Mastercard and GFT are multicultural environments with teams spread in USA, India and Brazil.
