I love data and knowledge. I'm typically using R, SQL, Looker, dbt. Along with Shiny apps comes JavaScript, Python, APIs, and anything else to work well. Still an Excel wiz when I have to be.

Ideas and concepts I like include agile (particularly the LeSS version), lean, Kimball dimensional modeling, learning orgs, and Drucker's writings on knowledge workers.
