I have been working with Ruby and Rails since late 2006, and have built several small and large applications (mostly web apps, some basic Ruby apps as well) during this time. As a college student, programming/software development was the last thing I would ever want to do, but then I came across Ruby and it changed my whole perspective towards programming in general. Big kudos to Matz and DHH for making an elegant, intuitive and expressive language and framework.
