Benjamin Fallar III is a passionate and pragmatic developer and application architect with a strong focus on simplicity, clean and maintainable working solutions. He started programming at the age of 16 on x8086 PC. Later, during his senior high school years, he started learning xBase, Clipper and BASIC programming. His early professional development tasks involve with classic ASP, VBScript, Microsoft Access and Visual Basic. In 2001 along with the first release of .NET, he shifted his focus to C# from Visual Basic and C++. Since then he has been involved in the design and implementation of numerous software enterprise projects, including modern web applications, desktop applications, and frameworks. During his spare time, his technical hobby including developing mobile applications for Android, IOS and Windows Phone.
Aside from his career as a software developer and application architect, he truly enjoys sharing his knowledge with others. Since his early 2000, he has been teaching and conducting technical trainings for Microsoft Official Curriculum and running workshops on C#, ASP.NET, object-oriented programming and clean coding.
Benjamin has a college degree in Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at AMA Computer College, Makati City. He is also a Microsoft Certified Application/Solutions Developer, Technology Specialist (Web Applications) and Professional.
Outside the software world, Benjamin is a husband and father to three boys. He also loves cooking.
