A bit more about me: I have dedicated 30 years of my life to the martial arts, I am known as "Formado Comprido" and I am a capoeira teacher for an aussie Association Grupo Capoeiras Inc (weekly classes available in Central Coast). I wrote the first capoeira book in Spain in 2003 called "Ao som do berimbau: capoeira". I speak spanish, brazilian portuguese and english.
