My name is Aaron Jones, I am an extremely self motivated technologist. I spend my down time exploring new areas of tech, not just keeping up with trending articles but actually building and inventing. I have developed and built a modular home automation system that could control lights, thermostat, and was even voice activated. It was PIC based with a web app front-end. I have also been an audio enthusiast since I started a band in high school for which I built my own multi channel mixer for our gigs (later preamps and efx). Recently I built a battery operated wireless audio receiver utilizing bluetooth so I can play music at parties with out leaving my phone lying around. I actively run my own self built cloud infrastructure for my web sites and game servers. I have an extensive mobile engineering background including integration with micro controllers through network protocols. The latest project I have been working on is Yumby Smash. Its server support structure rivals that of industry leaders including Zynga and EA. This game and all its external components were built in <6 months with myself as Chief Architect. Through all this I still find time to enjoy snowboarding in Tahoe and drumming around the city. Im a laid back guy that has a knack for tech and a drive for knowledge.
