Office 365 Technical Lead (Azure, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Mailflow, SharePoint Online, Skype for Business)

Implementation of collaborative solutions based on Microsoft technologies, either on premises, cloud hosted or in hybrid configuration. Implemented solutions based on Microsoft technologies, covering Exchange Servers (2K3 to 2016) or Exchange Online, Lync, Skype for Business, SharePoint, SharePoint Online and Office 365 • Review existing ADFS 2.0 implantation, define new federation architecture based on ADFS 3.0 hosted in Microsoft Azure, and integrate with Office 365 and Yammer • Define federation architecture solution involving multiple Active Directory Forests and cloud applications based on ADFS 3.0 • Define strategy for Active Directory consolidation and migration from multiple AD Forests, including multiple Exchange organization consolidation and migration • Define strategies for implementing and improving identity management (IDO) solution for multiple American providers. • Implementation and deployment of Active Directory inclusive of Azure, Active Directory Synchronization (DirSync)/ Azure Sync (AD Connect), ADSI Edit, Sync rule manager, and Dir Sync Connectors / AD Schema • Hands on knowledge in migration of Exchange 2003/7/10/13/16 mailboxes to Microsoft Office 365 and setting up Mailflow. • Work closely with customer's Tier 3 & 4 support teams to ensure mailbox migration readiness. • Develop PowerShell scripts for the customer's support teams to efficiently fix errors found through the Active Directory environment. • Hands on/ in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online administration and, building sites, list/libraries, workflows, InfoPath forms, and OneDrive for Business sync (inclusive of the Next Generation Sync Client) -T3 Technical Lead (Online Services - Cloud environment)
