ps.. we are seeing lots of code in mysql/php that needs a total rewrite, not patch job.

• we are recommending that all mysgl/php be rewrit to PDO.
• we are recomending that all php be separated from html on a file basis
• we are recommending that all html be as much CSS3 as possible
