I'm a Computational Biology Ms.C student at the Hebrew University. My master work involves construction of convex non-negative matrix factorization methods for the use of deconvolution of methylation data. I'm being advised by Prof. Nir Friedman and Prof. Tommy Kaplan, both Senior researchers in the Rachel and Selim Benin school of computer science and engineering.
