I am the delivery manager of the SoftFluent Project division which includes a dozen projects of all sizes for a team between 15 and 20 people.

As such, I define quality requirements and processes and help project leaders to follow them, I provide reporting to management, contributes to the phases of pre-sales in collaboration with the sales manager, participates in the recruitment of new consultants.

I can also intervene in project direction, in project management or as a senor consultant on development with .Net technologies, especially web technologies.
