In the last quarter of 2018, the Government decided to halt the construction of a nuclear facility (MOX) at the Savannah River Site in SC. My job Title there was Mechanical Field Engineer. But my main duties involved working with data bases in order to track and report on the scheduled and completed work loads for the piping department. Which led to my understanding of MS ACCESS. I designed and built several programs with Tables, Queries, Forms etc. mostly using the ‘built-in’ functions along with a limited amount of Visual Basic Code. Now at 68 years of age, I decided not to pursue another public job but learn more about programming code in order to work at home e.g. Semi-Retired. So now I’m learning the C# language in order to create both mobile and desktop apps using Visual Studio. Any help from this site would be greatly appreciated.
