I'm a junior mobile and desktop application developer with an interest in learning more about software development and another interest in approaching discussions here with patience and kindness. I'll defer to anyone's advice whether they're a seasoned professional or not, so long as their suggestions are sound and any documentation behind them is solid.
I'm trying to learn all kinds of things that they didn't teach us in school or were otherwise not explained by textbooks. It's a long process, but I'm committed to learning!
As it stands, I have more to learn than I have to teach, but I hope I can take the things I learn here and help others moving forward.
Please (respectfully) let me know if my answer to something is promoting the use of deprecated APIs or suggesting people make poor programming decisions. The last thing I want to do is misinform others, and being able to issue corrections or rescind answers allows everyone to learn from my mistakes - including me! :P
