Qualifications of a physicist/chemist with a broad knowledge: Can perform advanced calculations within areas of absorption spectroscopy, optics, thermodynamics, atomic physics, statistical mechanics, radiation physics, physical chemistry, quantum physics and quantum chemistry. Can do experimental measurements with gases, liquids and solids plus build and handle advanced apparatus for use in a laboratory and in industry. Can handle of large amounts of data, performing analysis, computing and interpretation on these data. Experience with software development of scientific software with and without graphical user interface. Experience with product development, project management, writing reports and writing scientific articles and oral presentations.
