I am fascinated by the tension between silence and experience - I am torn and find solace in the Beat Generation poems - I reread Beckett, constantly, to better understand consciousness.

When commuting - I often listen to Bowie, Depeche Mode or Joy Division whilst watching people busy themselves travelling - I enjoy taking the underground in London - and when back in London I always visit the Tate Modern.

I am at my happiest and best when playing with my two daughters and when working together with others to solve a problem - I enjoy puzzles and have always worked with data, exploring how things fit together and what things we can learn.

Learning quickly and creating products quickly that exploit these learnings are the challenges - and I am very excited and grateful to be working at time when making smart decisions, the cloud, agile and open source are evermore prevalent and realised.
