Joël Ambord completed a 3 year apprenticeship with a secondary school. He founded 2 companies, OpusX GmbH & EU-DevNet. He did military service, was promoted to NCO and served as NCO in the Swiss Army. Today he works in various companies, including management positions.

His two companies are active worldwide and offer high quality as well as high availability hosting and IT solutions. They are specialized in the areas of security, performance and infrastructure.
