I am a medical doctor working in clinical research. My current focus is quantitative CT image analysis of airways in patients with asthma and healthy individuals. I am creating a curated department-wide CT image repository to make data more accessible to researchers. I use python, bash, SQL and several DICOM libraries daily to manage, manipulate and analyse data.
