Hello, and welcome to my professional biography. Meet Monayem Islam, an enthusiastic Software Engineer who turns his own ideas into products/solutions. For many years, I've been living every engineer's dream: witnessing my innovative ideas become a reality. I am skilled in developing web applications and have a continuous interest in programming and emerging technologies.

My professional software engineering career begins with SQ group, a global apparel business. My role there was to develop a vehicle management system and give back-end assistance to end users. I also implemented and managed the Maintenance Management System.

After that, I started working at NybSys, a global software company. I am currently employed here in the role of Web Developer. Developing web applications for NybSys is my principal job. Besides, I also maintain, troubleshoot, and update existing web applications based on requirements. Furthermore, I contribute to the front-end support of the .NET team.

Not only am I committed to my team, but I also make time for my extra-curriculars. I held positions at IEEE as a Web Master, Bishwa Shahitya Kendra as a sound reader, and SAICT as a member of an organization that is not political.

In addition to these professional pursuits, I also like reading (fiction & non-fiction), playing football, and viewing documentaries.
