I've been writing software for nearly a decade to solve problems and make tools for my own work and research. I have worked on greenfield and legacy projects in Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Groovy, and PHP and have experience with MVC frameworks in all those languages.

In my spare time, I enjoy learning dead languages, sci-fi novels, digital photography, woodworking, and riding my bike.
