Lead the development and implementation of the Application Platform which provides capabilities such as Customer journey builder, Life cycle Marketing, Price perception modules, Promotions & Campaign analytics, Customer Segmentation and Email Marketing.
Provided expertise in application and data architecture, DevOps (CI/CD) pipelines, deployments on Google cloud platform and micro service design pattern.
Responsible for development of all campaign solution projects related to dashboards, customer segmentation, automating marketing processes such as best customer communications ( main and bonus mailers). Worked on various application platform to ingest custom data sources like APIs, parquet and JSON formats with data validations that are fed into downstream BI reporting solutions to calculate customer loyalty scores(21 points), coupon redemption and campaign efficiency. I also initiated a near real-time data validation process which ensures that correct data is fed into various downstream applications and provides data quality insights to vendors from whom data is received.
