I work in a cell for a manufacturing company that is responsible for downloading data in spreadsheet formats and collecting, reviewing and crosschecking to compute useful information. I have recently found that if I create macros for everyday tasks, it will make my job much easier. So I've started learning and teaching myself by the "see a need, try to fill it" style. Hopefully I progress to the point where I'm not just asking for code to be written for me.
