- Provide technical credibility for the Red Hat Sales team
- Identify the appropriate technologies to solve clients' problems
- Scope, design, develop, and present reference architecture and proof-of-concept applications
- Coach customers on using Red Hat solutions
- Contribute to the OpenShift Enterprise by Red Hat product through documentation like wikis, quick-start guides, and whitepapers or development projects like demonstrations, bug fixes, enhancements, and suggestions
- Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams on the product direction and customer applicability of features
- Assist sales teams in answering technical questions, possibly in the form of requests for proposals (RFPs) or requests for information (RFIs)
- Form relationships with clients' technical staff to identify new opportunities
