Hello, I'm James Stanbridge, a software product and customer success enthusiast who thrives on turning visionary ideas into reality. Currently, I lead product and customer success at OmniIndex, focusing on integrating Homomorphic Encryption with Web3.0 blockchain platforms for the benefit of our customers.

Before OmniIndex, I spent 14 rewarding years at Microsoft, where I had the opportunity to manage teams across diverse cultural landscapes such as Singapore, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Hyderabad. I was a part of significant projects like setting up data centers in Beijing, Tokyo, and Bangalore and was instrumental in bringing Azure Cloud and Office365 to the market. These experiences have deeply influenced my leadership style, making me a staunch advocate for cultural awareness and diversity.

Following Microsoft, my journey took me to Oracle as the Vice President of Product Management. There, I was responsible for successfully bringing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to market in just three years - a testament to the power of resilience, determination, and teamwork.

My technical expertise spans most agile software development frameworks and tools, including Atlassian (Jira / Confluence). I am also experienced in writing scripts, integration routines, and automation routines. Python is my goto language of choice where I have plenty of experience in data science and machine learning. Bots for altlassian, discord plus multi year experience in cloud machines, SQL - all the usual suspects.

On a personal note, I'm based on the beautiful South Coast of England. My love for the sea is profound, and I spend as much time as I can sailing in my single-handed dinghy. Additionally, I play several musical instruments and believe in fostering creativity, adaptability, and harmony.
