Works as a Customer Service Representative for one of the biggest Telcos in the US

No Formal education in programming

Recently found out I wanted to learn, and was passionate about programming, due to a fortunate happenstance, after going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer.

Wants to learn and be great at programming to be able to shift careers (hopefully) in the foreseeable future.
