In my previous life as a Mathematician and educator, I enjoyed working on various coding projects---either for research or personal edification. Two years ago I transitioned to the IT department of a non-profit working to end homelessness through the Housing First model.

My role is a hybrid position, combining aspects of Data Analysis, Database Admin and Web Development. Currently I mostly work with PostgreSQL and PHP, working to build and maintain a proprietary Electronic Health Record (EHR) web platform for the clients our organization serves.

I like biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, and creating interactive worlds as a dungeon master in Dungeons and Dragons. My partner and I have a dog named Ziikaabi ("Ziik"), which means "He has goopy eyes". Fortunately, he doesn't anymore.
