I am MSc student at the Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Information Technology.

My field of study is Intelligent systems, but during last years I aim on Supercomputers. I am member of k-Wave team which develops ultrasound simulation tool and my work is improvement of I/O system, which mean that I work with Open MPI and HDF5 libraries.

In summer 2015 I participated in Summer of HPC internship at EPCC at University of Edinburgh (Scotland) and I worked on visualisation of output of FFEA soft macromolecules simulation tool.
