I learned my first programming language (java) in 2002 and I have been developing web sites professionally since 2005.

I am primarily a front-end web dev and I work for a major add agency, creating websites, mobile sites, AJAX forms with complex validation and advanced JS apps and games. I write HTML and CSS in my sleep.

I have worked with the Facebook API, google maps API, Flickr API and more and my scripting toolbox of choice is jQuery. I have done the front end for many high profile sites including the award winning Applebees.com. I have also done canvas/HTML games like Lunesta's FollowTheWings.com game and my own JS blackjack game playable on webstudiodelta.com.

I have some experience in PHP back-end and I've worked with many CMS systems (drupal, site core, ektron, wordpress, site9, joomla, and share point shudder). I'm a big fan of Drupal, on the open source side, which I use for my own small/mid scale projects. Sitecore is by far the most powerful .net CMS I have had the privilege of working with.

While my passion, the economy and my career path have made me a developer I am also a designer, and I have my degree in the arts. I have designed many sites, done UX for a 5000 page .edu site and I am often invited to agency strategy and UX meetings to provide technical perspective and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Currently I am exploring iOS development and I am on a team building a pharmaceutical app for work, in addition to my efforts in building an RPG game as a long running side project.
