i think in india & scotland ve can use different ascii. at present ascii is having 0-to-9 together.

in old india 1 rupya vas = 8+8 aana. so it seems for india we can have english with only small case abc. i love latin/romanized hindi used in mobiles in india. so i love delius unicase font.
