Served 6+ years as a US Marine from 1998 thru 2005. Transitioned to technical writing where I found XML, which brought me to XSL, and then from there I found programming. Mostly Java, but have done some C# coding as well.

Self taught probably 75% of what I know through books and/or searching topics online. No formal training other than few classes at the local community college, hoping to get back on track later this year with getting a degree.
