Mrutyunjay is an engrossed researcher with adequate SWE skills. He is a competitive Machine Learning practitioner with 30+ competitions varying from structured tabular data to complex problems such as localization optimization, to Digital Twin Configuration and Design. His primary research interests are but not constrained to Speech Processing, Knowledge Tracing, Image Forensics, Brain-computer Interface, and Reinforcement Learning.

To hone his skills, he has worked with several research groups and real-life problems. The list elongates from Deep Learning Engineer Intern at Vedantu, Junior Machine Learning Engineer at Omdena, Machine Learning Research Intern at Tata Communications MLOps team, and Problem Setter Intern in Data Science at InteviewBit. Apart from that, he has also worked at NTU Singapore on Acoustic Signal Processing, on Computer Vision and Image Forensics domain at NIT Rourkela. The performance reflects in a paper acceptance to Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning Track of ICORT’21, where he got to present his work on Image forensics.

Being a senior undergrad with an Electronics major, he has also developed a grip around software engineering. Though focused on being an Applied Scientist - Machine Learning, SWE skills with Cloud computing broadens his grasp in development. Bertelsmann Scholarships - Cloud Track, AWS Machine Learning Engineer scholarships are added feathers. Top 1% in 10+ Data science competitions across platforms, Kaggle 3X Expert, ranked in top 0.1% worldwide are add-ons to his profile.
