I took some programming in college but that was ages ago. Thus I'm super rusty. I know just enough to get myself into trouble but not enough to be awesome. lol.

In my career, I use google sheets and excel extensively so I've become pretty handy with both and continue to dabble in apps scripting and vbr. Efficiency, clarity, and visual appeal are my love languages :)
