I'm an electrical engineer who has picked up programming over the last few decades out of necessity and now predominantly work on control systems with c++. I want to become proficient at python and I am looking into ways to automate things. Python actually takes me back to my Matlab days in the 90s.

On a personal note, I enjoy wrestling, brazilian jiu jitsu, judo and chess. I've been doing these things most my life.
