Hi! I'm Sipi Raussi from Helsinki Finland. I work at Rightware as a Technical Artist. Shader optimization is my main specialty. My passion is in game and software development making modular systems by applying SOLID principles, Unit Testing and CI/CD pipelines.

I started as a 3D Artist back in 2014 and I have gradually made transition more and more on programming side. When I started at studying game development at Kajaani University of Applied Sciences (KUAS) I started to identify myself as a Technical Artist. Since I have strong background of how 3D models work and how to optimize them, I have always tried to find automated solutions for making 3D models and rendering solutions.
