I graduated in Mining Engineering and also Bachelor in Science and Technology by Federal University of Alfenas - UNIFAL, from 2010 to 2017.

I can offer a lot of skills, as charisma, flexibility, effort, organization, dynamism, determination, enthusiasm and a qualitative and quantitative growth, based in my work experiences, academic skills and personal experiences.

I work at Stefanini as Support Analyst at Alcoa since March 2018. The main functions of my job involves support to Oracle EBS, generate reports on PL/SQL Developer, Reset and Unlock users’ passwords, Office 365, Outlook support, request applications access through Gass Tool and SSO.

Over interaction with analysts from other regions, mainly from North of America, Europe and Australia, I was able to improve my English communication skills and provide a satisfactory result to my client, creating, reporting and monitoring Critical tickets.

Also, I trained other three new support analysts in my team, so they could do a great job. Most of the time I’m smiling and relaxing the work environment. I have a great ability to analyze and solve issues with great initiative.
