What does Systems/Software/Computer Engineering means?

My career is actually called 'Ingeniero en Sistemas de la Computación' in spanish, which could be related to Systems Engineering but we do a bunch of everything, software, structure, hardware, advance maths, and more related stuff so I don't really know de specific degree translation, I can do a bunch of stuff and thats all I guess.

I can speak Spanish, English fluently (I have a degree for that). I'm also learning Italian and Japanese.
