I am experienced on developing systems, defining and maintaining the architecture/development patterns of the company, managing R&D teams and new projects, guiding the development team to continuous improvement, evaluating and hiring new developers, evalueting and coaching team members, managing Scrum projects with development teams, and making project and processes decisions with the company’s board.

I have senior skills on C#, Asp.net, MVC, jQuery, JavaScript, Web API, Design Patterns, DDD, SOLID, Oracle, SQL Server, Automation testing, Continuous integration, Scrum, as well as project management.

I am a team-player, a result-driven professional, with experience in working at several projects at a time. I have great collaboration skills and I am eager for feedback to foster continued improvement.

I've been also working as a professor and speaker on undergraduate courses, focused on system web development, system analysis and modeling, databases, project management, and IT studies and careers.
