I've been developing solutions for myself, my employer, and other companies for over 45 years, in a variety of server and client languages, many of which no longer exist!

I'm also very experienced with databases, having worked with many platforms ranging from client databases (such as Microsoft Access) to server-based databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle, and many more).

Having worked in I.T. for the entire duration of my career, within many different industries, I am experienced in many different aspects of I.T., from building computers (not just plugging in cards to a PC, I'm talking about getting dirty with a soldering iron here), configuring servers (not just Windows, I've worked on Linux, OS/2 and several others, even Mainframes) to managing networks (did you know TCP/IP isn't the only network protocol? I've worked with many different types).

That said, I believe every day should be a school day, we should always strive to learn something new. No-one was born with a keyboard in-hand and we are always learning, so helping others is what I do best.
