I would like to call myself a problem solver, avid thinker, engineer working in software product development industry, with 3+ years of cross-domain experiences in the Airlines/Aviation, Healthcare, Finance industries.

Being a Electronics and Communication Engineering major in my undergrad, and opting computer science since school, fell in love with coding and hardware, and have always been keen on to write code to optimise and run hardware systems efficiently during my internships in GRSE and ,MSME and BSNL where I researched about the various communication and warfare control systems of INS Kiltan (ASWC), designed and developed a line follower bot using LPC2148 ARM microcontroller chip, HE and IR sensors and L239D motor driver chips and built its programming logic. I have also represented my college in IIT Kharagpur Spring Fest in the field of Robotics where had built an obstacle detector and bagged the 3rd prize for the same in the 2017. I was also a PMSS Scholarship recipient under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India during my Undergrad.

Wanting to explore my coding skills further besides gaining industry experience in the same, I decided to join the software industry back in 2018 when I graduated, and started working in some of the cutting edge technologies like Blockchain(IBM Hyperledger, Multichain), AWS Cloud, Kubernetes, NodeJS, Python, JMS, Kafka, Spring, AngularJS etc., as a full stack developer, but mostly concentrating in backend technologies. worked for United Airlines, one of the largest airlines/aviation companies in the States, being my first client. Also, simultaneously, worked with SREI, Tata Steel Agro Industries, TCG Lifesciences, etc.

My keen interest for coding and being conceptual in the DS and Algo fields made me strat with CP (Competitive Programming) as well and recently made a switch from service to product industry. Currently am part of the R&D division of the Product Engineering department @athenaHealth Inc, headquartered in WA, Massachusetts, US, with offshore HQ in Chennai, India. I am designated as the Member of Technical Staff (MTS) reporting @Chennai Location.

Besides my professional world, I love to spend my leisure time by reading books (mostly non-fiction, currently reading 12 Rules of Life by Jordan B Peterson), crooning to Indian Classical Raagas(am trained upto 2nd year), playing my Ukulele, Bongo and Tabla, playing chess, badminton, volleyball(was part of the School Team), tripping to mountains and hill stations(recently visited Sikkim in 2020).
