I am a PhD student in ecology trying to understand the link between intraspecific variability and species coexistence in tropical forests. I mainly use R, with Rstudio (and rarely Emacs + ESS), but also sometimes C++ (mainly with Rcpp). For now I mainly perform spatial autocorrelation detection and variance partitioning through bayesian inference.
