Currently, I am a high school student, trying to get started with programming. Right now, I am involved in a school contest running through a college. This year's contest is on the fairly easier side. Programming background: I took an intro to programming class that was to be a more in-depth class, but got pulled after two weeks. That class used HTML. For this project, Python was recommended, so I had to learn it. Our teacher set up CodeHS for us, but it didn't quite cover everything. That is why I signed up for GitHub and stack overflow, to learn what CodeHs didn't teach and maybe offer advice on what I do know.
